Dan Dry is one of America's most widely recognized photographers. He
spent eight years as a contract photographer for the National Geographic
Society and is a former National Press Association Photographer of the Year.
He was part of The Courier Journal's Pulitzer prize winning staff. Dan's 14 coffee
table books include, A Day in the Life of America, the only book of photography
to top the New York Times best-seller list.

Dan works from his Chicago office for the University of Chicago and shoots for Fortune 500 companies
and top advertising agencies. Most recently, Dan has received critical acclaim for his intimate portraiture
for the Obama inauguration and the family of President Obama.

Dan is also known for his color photography of horses. Spending much time in Kentucky horse country,
Dan Dry has created incredible horse and horse racing photography. His collection of horse and horse
